No plastic tops on the pizza to stop the box getting squashed during delivery see image!! When you attempt to call this branch, they answer and put the receiver to one side and ignore you but you get to hear the employees shouting in every language. Complaining to Pizza Hut Customer Care is a waste of time, energy......they are NOT interested!!! Rather buy my pizzas from the smaller business owners who need my custom especially during these times!! and would appreciate it, rather than give my money to these Pizza "Mafia"!! I gave it a 2 star as the other smaller pizzas were fine and the delivery was quicker than expected!
Very dody and dishonest. Ordered a pizza some time ago. Gave my debit card detail over the phone. Next day couple of suspicious transaction took place in Milton Keynes and Essex. Rang this store and asked manager to speak to me, he was't available. Left my contact detail but he never returned to my phone call. Stay away from this pizza when using your bank card
Paid nearly £26 for a pizza through Uber Eat and it was the worse pizza I had for a very long time. Little cheese, so much chopped tomatoes, tasteless. Will never buy from Pizza Hutt again. Even the cheapest local pizza place is much better than this.
04/10 Friday went get some food 11.42pm.they spouse to close 12.man came from inside and said sorry man closed.wow what a customer service.very unprofessional.Pizza Hut top management should obey with this when you do the random visit
The pizza and the wings were cold, soggy base was Still raw . There was no double cheese which I paid for not worth for £36 . 0
I know people put a lot of fake reviews online. But please listen. Do not order from here. Staff very unhygienic and food made me very ill. Refused to help online. And wings very very under cooked. Do not order from here unless you like throwing away your money
Pizza is not meant to be soft like slice bread idiots! And wings like jelly. And improve customer service. Staff making funnof me in language but didnt know i understood! Worst pizza hut ive been to. Update: DO NOT EAT HERE! I GOT SICK THE NEXT MORNING!!!!
Nice pizzas. Chicken supreme and chicken sizzler. Also the Mac and cheese side so good.
Ordered pizza from them today and took 1h45min to receive everything cold. Called the shop and they offered to re-deliver my order after 1 hour! Got the order and the pizza had the wrong crust than what I ordered, it was the plain one and was so hard to chew, the toppings were not there and the customer service was rubbish. No apologies for anything from anyone. Last time I order pizza hut. Way too expensive to eat rubbery pizza and they don't train their people properly.
