Everything was just fine, nothing to fault and take any stars away from a 5. We ordered on the website, 12 pounds deal veggie supreme large - any large was on a 12 pounds deal - paid, booked a slot when to pick up. We got there, there was a screen with our names on, where our pizza was at and how long the wait would have been. At it worked just fine. The pizza was the usual domino's one, nothing to rave or be sad about and 1 large filled both of us.
Placed an order at 11:00am for delivery at 12:45. It was another hour AFTER this! When I called to ask where my pizza was, they were very rude and just said they are busy and if I wanted to cancel my order I could. Took them nearly 3 hours to get the pizza delivered despite offering the delivery slot and having the order 1 hour and 45 minutes before the delivery time
Kind personnel and the offer of 10,99 for any pizza size is unbeatable.
After no delivery for 1.5 hours, Sandeep Kaur at dominos Cranford was very rude and unhelpful, that I had to cancel my order as it would have taken another 35 mins for delivery. She didn’t apologise for delay and called me a liar when I told her it was order 1.5 hours ago! They should not take orders if they can’t meet their timelines and could use some customer service training guidelines!
Shocking staff here. Two male staff in shop were shouting and swearing at each other, behaving very aggressively and threatening each other. No regard for us as customers in the shop. Shocking behaviour from these staff, other staff stood around watching the show. We decided not to order there so left because of the behaviour of the staff, if that’s what the staff are like I can’t imagine the food would be good. What is the manager of this store doing employing staff who behave like this.
Disappointing how this branch has declined. Third bad pizza in a row. The dough base is way too thick, little toppings, poor quality overall. Last time I was there for collection, I was ignored by staff chatting away.Food: 1/5
People are not trained well enought to handle simple customer queries the staff gets very flustered when its busy with orders and the in-store menu is confusing to first time customers .... Poorly handled by dominos droped the ball with this one ive dined at domino's at other outlets around the world and the staff was always welcoming and helpful. I visited the Hounslow Cranford outlet on 14022023 and found chaos added to confusion the short female staff who came to take my order was not helpful to me or to other customers and definitely requires traning because she kept asking her other female colleague things who was busy prepping dough Nook im sorry if i misspelled ur name was very kind enough to ask me my name and go search for my 2 pizzas when no one else cared where they were
Pizza was cold and looked really old dissapointed
Ordered from the Cranford, Middlesex shop last night The first driver took the food back to shop as he could not find the delivery address despite instructions and contact number given with the order. The second driver arrived and all the food was COLD!! I bet Dominoes won’t contact me to discuss or refund…… NOT HAPPY!!
Pizza was very bad only thing I can taste was tomato sauce I am pizza chef my self I knw how to make pizza they put to much sauce it was not eatable very disappointed
