Lovely trip to Pizza Hut. Our second visit since and I have to say this was a far better visit than the last. We had the Buffet bundle meal which is £13.99 for all the pizza you can his, all the ice cream you can stomach and refillable drinks. The child’s Buffett was £8.99. It works out quite well as the drinks are £3.25 by themselves with out adding pizza, salad and ice cream. Pizza was tasty and the salad was fresh. What a nice visit.
Just to say thank you so much for looking after us this afternoon! We arrived with more children and more adults than we booked for but the staff were amazing. It took a while for the pizzas to come as there were so many but the salad bar was superb and regularly restocked. A huge thank you to Natasha especially who made sure that our visit ran smoothly. Not sure why people are saying about a problem ordering online ?? We gave our order to the staff which they were happy to take. My only negative is the whole establishment of Pizza Hut is card only which now in a post covid world is completely unnecessary, cash being legal tender in the uk should always be accepted This being said though we cannot recommend enough for superb value for money and service combined!
We only gave a 4 star because there wasnt as many selections of pizza as we expected. They tasted great though. The salad bar looked a little 'old' but I still managed a bowl. Service was fab, very friendly staff and helpful as we had a few queries about our 18month old. Very pleased will definitely return.Food: 4/5
Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The member of staff who looked after us was excellent and really added to our enjoyment of the evening. We hadn't been for a long time, the menu was explained to us, he was very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble!! So a big thank you to Liam C at the Hull St Andrews Quay Restaurant. We will definitely be revisiting soon!
It was my daughters birthday and I arrived there with my two daughters, my sister and her son. I took a cake and asked if they could bring it out after our meal which the lady was more than happy to do. My older daughter tried to order the food on through the app but for whatever reason it didn't work. We had a very pleasant young man called Liam who took our order and was very attentive throughout our meal, nothing was to much trouble for him. The food was great and the fantastic atmosphere was made all the more enjoyable by Liam's great attitude. All my family throughly enjoyed themselves and we will be back soon. Great pizzas , kids always enjoy going to Pizza Hut. My only disappointment is they stopped the chilli flakes, always loved them on my pizza. Jalapeños are a excellent substitute, but need to pay for them.Food: 5/5
The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in quite a while, and was a little disappointed with the narrower salad bar options no pasta or couscous but what was there was fresh and well stocked. We had stuffed crust which was just as tasty as I remembered. We won't leave it so long before going back next time.
Always love pizza hut, you know what to expect and it always meets the expectations, love the free salad bar and the vegan cheesecake is to die forFood: 5/5
Was pretty quiet when I went which was around 6pm, I noticed a lot of people was using the takeaway, I'm only giving it a 4 because even though I enjoyed my meal the pizzas weren't as good as I remember them. I will still probably visit again but I'm not as excited about having a pizza from Pizza Hut as I used to be. But you can get some good deals, I got a pizza, chips and a drink for £18.99
Trip to Pizza Hut today. Unfortunately staff let it down. Walked in, 2 members of staff just talking in the entrance completely ignored us. Only made an effort when another member of staff came across from serving another table. A member of staff arrived and all the other staff started to cheer and became rowdy. Order through the app and they forgot the deserts. Food was good but staff let the place down.
