Delivered wrong pizza by mistake. After a quick phone call order was rectified and delivered within half hour. Hot lovely food as usual and customer service top notch. Keep up the good work, will be ordering again. Thank you Would always be 5 stars but due to error had to rob a star.

the pizza was much smaller than usual, few ingredients, arrived an hour later than it should have been, it was cold
My first visit tonight,on the plus side- very tasty and not a bad portion side,but close to the small end of the scale. Not very well presented and only just warm. It could have been better maybe if the pitta bread was warmed and filled with the chicken gyros rather than just placed on top. Not the most authentic gyros I've ever had,but flavoursome. Just a shame it was lacking a little effort

Had a delivery, rang after an hour and half the guy answering dint seem to know about my order and then stated he would cook it now and it wont be long. Arrived after just over 2 hours to be absolutely terrible and wrong order. Rang the shop again for a refund and for them to collect the food, to be shouted at and told they are to busy and the order was correct. The guy told me I had to much time and he was to busy to discuss this matter. Will never order from here again. Rude staff and inedible food. Stay away!
We have been loyal customer's here for the last few years - sadly not anymore! I ordered on Saturday 26th September - 4 pizzas, 1 portion of chips and some dips. I was informed by their website that it would take 1 hour to be delivered. 1.5 hours later, it had still not arrived. I telephoned to find out how long it would be. I was promised it would be a further half an hour, and was offered free drinks as compensation, which I accepted. The order did NOT turn up within that stated half an hour 2 hours after ordering by this time. I telephoned again, and was promised that they were 'just making it now' - and so had clearly lied about it only being another half an hour on my previous phone call! In total, the order took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive. The food arrived cold, and items were missing from the order chips and dips. Upon ringing to complain AGAIN, the owner did not apologise, and stated he would refund me 5 pounds to cover the chips and dips. I stated I wanted my missing items and my order completing, and eventually they were delivered with no £5 refund!! By this point, the rest of the food had been eaten. I was not offered a full refund, which I feel I was fully entitled to given the shambles that occurred. I was given 2 bottles of Pepsi as 'compensation' - probably cost them about 50p! Not a way to treat loyal customers, and we will NOT be returning sadly. I understand Saturdays can get busy,but DO NOT TAKE ON ORDERS IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL THEM!
Good pizza, good kebabs, great burgers. Better to collect from them rather than wait for a delivery always late and takes them nearly two hours to deliver. That why 3 stars
Order only if you like to wait over 2 hours to have your order cancelled at the end, customer service doesn't exist in this place
