So disappointing. First time I have ordered a pizza hut pizza for a very long time. One side of the pizza was half cooked. Other side wasn't. Arrived 30 min after scheduled delivery and was cold. What a waste of money
Ordered their Italian thin crust that is “famously” known to be extra crispy and let me tell you, it was THE FURTHEST thing from crispy. It was swimming in grease and it was just the worst thing EVER created on this planet. If you want greasy but GOOD pizza go to Olive pizza.
Rubbish service. No customer skills especially the manager who is ignorant!!!
My other pizza hut experiences have been good, but this one was disappointing. It was late, the delivery notes were ignored so tried to deliver to wrong flat, the order was wrong and cold.
We just ordered pizzas this evening for delivery. We live literally a few blocks down the road and the pizzas were stone cold when they arrived! After waiting 40 minutes for them to be delivered I could not be bothered to call them up to complain! Never again and Papa John's it is next time!
