Used to be good but it's gone really down hill. Check out the picture of the pizza they sent me and and the replacement.
iv completely lost faith in Pizza huts ability to deliver quality food or service. having had multiple incorrect and poor quality orders from them is frankly unacceptable. I will no longer be willing to order from them again. Another negative is that considering the website and delivery page both state contactless free delivery I was shocked that the delivery driver did not leave the order in the designated spot but instead insisted on giving it to me by hand.
Honestly some of the worse pizzas I've ever eaten. The toppings were just scattered over the top, the cheese was practically nonexistent, and they were both barely baked and burnt. Absolutely disgusting. Couple with the fact that I ordered them at 7:30 and they didn't arrive for over two hours, after telling me they'd be with me in 35 minutes. They don't even deserve one star. Absolutely awful experience.
Ordered online. Made a mistake and ordered for collection by mistake. Paid 25 pound. Rang up and changed address for delivery. 1hr later look at phone and see I've missed calls from the driver saying he can't find my address. Call up and ask for fresh pizzas to be delivered, told No. Ask for manager, fobbed off. Ask for refund told to call customer services. Go off it at this point and the manager now hangs up on me every time I call. I've now been on hold for over 30 mins to customer services. Disgusting attitude they take my money don't deliver hang up on me and Apparently its my mistake cos all I provided them with over the phone was a house number and postcode. A bloody clown could find a address with a house number and postcode for goodness sake. The manger needs sacking.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. 1st time I've ordered from here got the champions deal. Asked for 1 pizza deep pan with bbq sauce, chicken & red onion... had tomatoe sauce - WRONG... 2nd pizza was half and half - mushrooms on 1 & chicken & sweetcorn on other on deep pan - got margarita on thin base - ALSO WRONG... got wedges & garlic bread - garlic bread 'you can't really go wring with it...' the wedges were ok until I found a 6 in hair in with them - BORK FUMING. I had alsready rang the shop before finding the hair who gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas the next time I order but very disappointed - you don't get this from Domino's!! The staff also don't seem bothered one bit... kids running the pizza shop... that's the reason for the mistakes!!!!
Pizzas always piping hot, facility is spotless, smells gorgeous as you walk in, friendly staff, never a que on the counter. Excellent value, especially the £5 favourites.
i ordered bulk order for my birthday. the delivery was quick enough and pizzas are very tasty, hot and well cooked. extremly happy with the service. Highly recommended.
Nice staff, good food, just don't expect timely delivery. Ignore the website timings, just add an hour or two for delivery. Happened more than once.
If you are ordering make sure you request it at least 30-45 min before you actually want your food. Every time I order it's late and they come up with some sort of excuse every time you call to find out where your order is.
Its a clean, tidy place and the staff are kind. Prices are a little high for college students. Would be better if there was a student discount.
