I have visited this site on a few occasions but on these particular two visits, I made it a point of observing and noting my findings. The first was a visit to get a takeaway. It was lovely! The food was nicely cooked and delicious to the taste. The service was next to none too. But, on my second visit, I went in with my whole family to have a good time there. We were told that the salad was free and unlimited at the place to refill your plate of salad, there was barely anything to find. The waiter was very nice and friendly but we were served a dish totally different from what we ordered. We quietly had and went away.

Really lovely staff, all seem to get along with a ready smile! Not the biggest fan of chains usually but pleasantly surprised. Well done guys.

Good food. Pleasant staff. 
Getting a table was a while.
Order taking took a while too.
Getting our food however was an age! Admittedly they were busy on a Saturday afternoon, but not massively busy!

On the day in question it was pouring down with rain. On entering it was very wet inside and my sister who was holding her 9mth old daughter and nearly slipped. This could have been avoided if wiped over quickly or at least have put a sign out. Overall the staff was very helpful. Would go again
