We arrived at Pizza Hut with high expectations. It took a considerable amount of time for the food to arrive at the table. My first observation was that it was cold and the chicken tasted earthy. We had them replaced and suffered the same issue. Also we found hairs in the pizza. This is a real down side in my opinion and my high expectations were shattered. I shan’t be revisiting anytime soon.

Not really bad but they had nothing to entertain the kids like crayons or balloons etc. Kids meal cost £7.95. So we had two adults and 3 children eating and it came to £60 for food and a drink each. No fries! So the children's meals were bare! Not worth that amount I don't think. Not all of the food came together. My eldest child was waiting that long everybody else had finished eating by the time she got hers.

I was really hoping to give this place a good review because I had driven past this Pizza Hut several times and wanted to stop in so I finally did and I was pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service. I stood with baby and my 9 year old at the front waiting to be seated and was ignored until I confronted the manager who had walked passed us several times already and asked her if we just sit down or wait to be seated and she said she would get to us in a minute. Place was not packed or busy but manager seemed very stressed out kind of all over the place. For the price we paid at the end of the meal I would say it wasn’t really worth it but maybe it was just the poor customer service that put me off. Nice place but salad bar and ice cream area were messy and food took a long time to get to us.

Very understaffed. Waited forty mins for two pizzas. And then saw them on the side for 10 mins and had to ask for them. When we walked in there was 3 members of staff stood at the till and none of them took us to a table and when they finally did the table had not been wipped down. Mangers don't seem to know what they are doing. Not the best of run places but food is good.

Ok, expensive for frozen pizza. Buffet is good value but excessive/greedy plates from some and a kitchen that doesn't keep up or react to what is going fastest means the buffet is often empty.
