This is a good Mcdonalds, however depending on what time you visit the drive thru can be horrendous to use.
The staff are really polite and the service is very efficient. The inside is very clean.
Seating can be an issue at busy times as the restaurant is only small and is well used by cinema users before and after screenings.
Toilets here are more accessible than the ones on low pavements Chesterfield.

This place is a disaster, bad car-park and the drive-thru is a nightmare. I decided to go in and order instead of battling the drive-thru, my order was messed up the first time so I had to go back. When we sat down to eat our food was freezing shortly afterwards my son started complaining of stomach ache and told me his throat really hurt, I think this place is also a hygiene risk. They can make it look as fancy as possible but at the end of the day if they can't get the orders or food right then it doesn't matter.

I've been here many times...through the drive through and going inside the restaurant...usually wen my fella n I go to cinema across road from it...we either call in McDonald's 1st or afterwards. I've never had any problems here with anything...staff were always friendly and organised.

worst positioning of a McDonald's ever!!! getting in and out of the drive through is absouloute carnage! avoid if you want "fast" food. also stops people getting in and out of the cinema!
