Always loved Pizza Hut. They do pizza like no one else can. But this visit I felt that the staff were more robotic than friendly, don't get me wrong they were polite and attentive, but lacked the usual enthusiasm. We had the cheesy bites Phillydelphia which we've had on the last 4 or 5 occasions, but somehow this lacked something. I didn't feel it tasted it's usual exceptional flavour. We will go again, I'm sure it was just probably down to pressures of the day catching up with the staff. I'm giving it 4 stars on this occasion, but am confident it will be a five star, as usual, next time!

I was very disappointed with our visit. We haven't been for quite a while so my son decided he wanted to go for his birthday. The lady that served us was very helpful and friendly. However I was first disappointed with the salad bar. I love the potato salad but there wasn't any nor was there any pasta salad. The selection was very poor. We then went to order our mains but there wasn't any deep pan bases left so I had to have Italian base I'm not keen on. I found the pizza was poor quality with hardly any toppings and barely any cheese! It was a lot of money for such disappointment and not great quality food. I've always loved Pizza Hut food but definitely didn't enjoy it last night. Such a shame! Kind regards Karen Fitzsimmons

I went with my family 3 kids 3 adults and one of the kids had an adult size pizza and his pizza turned up after we all had eaten out pizzas which was just ridiculous!! So we complained and the manager come over and and he tells us he have taken that pizza and all the drinks off the bill which was good. He then went on to talk about how he would feel in our situation and all that which was nice and we did talk to him and we did leave happy! I give 4stars instead of 5 because the staff kept forgetting what we said about what drinks we wanted which no wonder they messed up the pizza order!! They just was not paying attention at all.

The day we went ......school holidays very very busy, but we were attended to very quickly. We were checked on as well. Had very enjoyable meal apart from one thing my granddaughter had ordered........cheesy chips...... It was like a cheesy sauce rather than grated cheese. Compliments to all the staff , while we were there they never stopped.

Well over priced for the quality of food. Manager at the store didn't seem to care. For a start out starters tasted like microwaved stuff. Wings were cold. Ribs no meat all sauce but i cannot complain about their chilly bites. The pizza was barely sliced itself. Edging was burnt in places yet the rest of the entrie pizza was stone cold. I expext a million times better for 40 quid for 1 pizza some starters and drinks! Never again will you see me there and i urge people to avoid this over priced laughable version of what they think they can call a pizza hut!
