Took the family tonight and wanted to use a new Taste card so asked waitress when we ordered if we could use it and was told it could only be used against main menu items. She even spoke to a colleague to check.That was fine so we ordered two sharing pizzas. When the bill came we were charged for both. Had to speak to the manager to sort it who explained we couldn't use the taste card at all on a Friday and that it wasn't against sharing pizzas. My mistake but I was annoyed that When we ordered this wasn't explained. Manager said the waitress had apparently explained it could only be used on individual pizzas when ordered but she catergorically did not do this. I came away seething because i was made out to feel like a liar when the manager said she didn't know who to believe. It spoiled what was otherwise a nice meal.

Pizza bread was coated in vegetable oil. Ice cream had the consistency of clotted cream.

Food was good let down by service Had a starter main and desert for two people Had a tastecard which states all courses are included. Waiter presumed it was just main course. We asked for water and waited a while for it. Staff were polite but a bit slack with the water we asked for another jug and it must have been half an hour before we asked again. Eventually we got our water. When bill came the taste card discount wasn't taken off but after 10 minutes the right bill arrived. Still enjoyed the meal

Lovely staff especially Adele. And a mention for Nathan as well. Food great but the staff are what is going to keep us going back. They definately do Pizza Hut proud
