Restaurant was quiet and yet the service was dreadfully slow.  We stood waiting ages for any one to come to us whilst chores were done around us. After the starter the main arrived without cutlery, we had to get from a nearby table... No offer of parmesan, we had to chase a waitress. Dish of parmesan delivered, no spoon. Chase waitress for a spoon. Come to pay... Same routine. Standing for ages, coat on, had to chase staff up, and there was hardly a dozen customers in. Food was fine. Service, grim.

Excellent food and great friendly professional staff. It's a really nice place to eat.

Maybe my unlucky night. No cheese on my pizza. Requests for drinks forgotten. An expensive evening for very poor food and service. Should of said something but just wanted to get out

Needed to be in the arena by 1830, booked a table for 1700, no food (*3 pizzas) by 1815 and to quote there would still be a bit of a wait, so had to leave having not eaten. There were plenty of other customers in the same situation - utter chaos.
