They cooked this pick up order pizza to death ! It happened before and I should have checked before leaving! ! I will definitely not go back !! I will spend my money somewhere else!!!! and Pizza Hut is not cheap. I used to looove their pizza!
My Pizza orders have been great at this location, the Manger has great customer service skills, and her Staff is great too!!
The dining area was closed with over an hour left before closing. Employees were rude.
Always messing up orders and giving orders away don’t waste your time
I stay in Lancaster and tbh they are better than airport Pizza Hut but I ordered boneless wings and they didn’t give me my full amount the pizza was okay tho my boyfriend loved it to me it had a bit much sauce
We placed our order at 6:15..... They delivered it to the wrong house... I called them at 7 and they said they had to remake it and it was on the way.. then I waited another 45 minutes... Called them back and they said it was in the oven.. they have refunded me my money.... It is now 8:26 and I still have not got my order!!!!
I ordered online and picked up curbside. I waited less than a minute before a very friendly lady came and brought it out! I was so impressed. I wish I would have gotten her name. I know it is a hard time for people in the service industry with all the low staffing issues, so it meant so much that she was so kind and appreciated my business. The pizza was delicious too! Thank you.
Had a misunderstanding with ordering on line and was ed regular price on one of the three large three topping ten dollar pizzas but the manager recognized the mistake and did a excellent job explaining why the charge was not right she made the problem correct and was very professional in doing so pizzas was delicious and looking forward to seeing them again in the near future.
Delivery took forever. Pizza and wings were cold.
The food was as expected, but the service was very poor. The waitress was kind and very nice, but she couldn't keep up. It took at least 40 minutes to get our order and after we were finished, it took 30 minutes to pay my bill. During this time, we saw 3 people leave without getting their orders. One man received his food at the table, but then he had to leave right away, because his lunch break was over. This was not a good experience.
