This was half cooked and really soggy. The sending was not worth it and it was so bad that we didn’t eat fully. The crush was like we are eating a bread with vegetables. It was really bad experience with Pizza Hut.
Got home with my pizza to find it burnt. For the price you charge for your pizzas that's pretty unacceptable. Foolish of me to give you another try. Nothing, but bad experiences coming out of Bolton Pizza Hut.

Nice pizza hut with helpful staff and my online order was ready in 15 minutes on a saturday evening so they definitely work fast. Its more of a pickup place and not a diner.
I ordered a pizza and it took more than one hour to deliver . When i tried to call the store they didn't pick any call and then i called the customer care. They put me on hold and then dropped the call. Very disappointed from their services
Online order. Everything was great. I called in to delay it by 20 minutes. Which they did. They didn't have any of the small pizzas as I ordered and bumped me to a medium. Simple straight forward pizza.
Pizza was greasy and toppings were sparse. I had said to the delivery guy that I had ordered garlic dip and he assured me they were in the box which they weren’t. The garlic sticks were ordered without cheese but came with cheese. There was also very little sauce in the chicken bites. Definitely won’t be back !
After picking up my order and returning home I was disappointed to find hair on my pizza!!!!!After returning the pizza, the store associate was not kind at all ... not even apologetic for the situation. As gross as it was to find hair on my pizza … I get it mistakes can happen sometimes but it’s really how the situation was dealt with that made it worst. Customer service is really lacking at this location and I definitely will not be ordering here again.
Will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. The bites have barely any sauce on them. The fact that I can’t count the amount of toppings on the pizza is ridiculous.
Pizza Hut is loosing their reputation because of these guys. After calling them on the phone everything was fine, then after getting there they said that there is no Pizza dough. This place need a new manager or simply new management.
