The drivers need to be in full Papa John's uniform, not tracksuits and hoodies. Why is the delivery driver in the blue Astra making pizzas in his hoody without apron and gloves? Papas Clearly don’t care about their brand image unlike dominos by the looks of it
Ordered our meal it was confirmed and then got an email to say it was cancelled. Tried to ring the store but wouldn't even ring. Just kept saying call ended. Went to my bank account to see my money for the meal had been taken. Customer service shuts at 5pm so no help at all with this. Not happy and will never go back here again
Ordered food for delivery on Friday 6th October at 6 15 pm. At 6 45 I received a phone call saying it would be a further half an hour which was fine. At 7 20 still no food. My wife rang and was told it would be at least another 45 min. When she asked why she was told, because they had too many orders. If we wanted we could go and collect. If we wanted to do this they would then start making our food. We were fuming. An hour and 5 mins and they hadn't even started to make the food we'd already paid for on PayPal. To make it worse the guy on the phone didn't apologise or even seen bothered. Steer clear. That's if you want to have your food delivered. Absolute disgrace. I'd have given them 0 stars of I could.
Popped in for a quick lunch while visiting Bolton for a tattoo. £1.99 for a personal pizza!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. The premises looked really clean and it's in a great location.
Ordered from these tonight at 9:00 only to receive a message at 9:40 to say our order had been cancelled checked my bank account only to find they had taken the money tried ringing the store only to find I couldn't get through to them

Excellent customer service from the Bolton town centre team. Ordered via website, and noticed in my confirmation email that I had accidentally chosen the option for collection instead of delivery. Unable to collect as we are self isolating. Called the restaurant to cancel my order so I could re order correctly, and was told not to worry as they would deliver it for us instead. All food came shortly after, piping hot, with a very pleasant delivery driver who wore a mask. Food was all spot on. Was asked on a card that came with the delivery to provide feedback, from Moham, so here you go! Thanks, and keep up the good work!
Wouldn’t be returning. Tried placing a collection order over phone and told them about the deal on their website. Store refused to honour it and hung up. Called again, manager advised person on phone to not bother and inform customer to order online as store cannot do more than 30% discount. Called from a different number and got given the online deal of 40% off. Collected the pizzas only to find them to not be the vegan ones. Definitely not worth the hassle. Ruined my experience and didn’t get a replacement for the right pizza either. All in all a rubbish store not adhering to the company’s policies.
Me and my girlfriend ordered pizza from here. When the food came, my order was wrong. When i rang up, they said that I had put the order through wrong and refused to do anything about It, even though their guarantee says "love your pizza or we'll deliver another one absolutely free". So they have gone against their own guarantee! I though the customer was always right?! The person I spoke to was very rude and wouldn't let me speak to a manager. They kept saying i made a mistake and kept blaming me. I will be speaking to HQ about this and naming the person I spoke to! Me and my girlfriend were not at all happy with the actual quality if the food either, it was very bland, dry and sickly. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
If I could mark this lower then I would!! I read the reviews before ordering about the pizza's taking a longtime to deliver. I ordered online at 8pm and the pizza arrived at my house for 9.35pm. The excuse was that the driver was stuck on the roads!! At this time of night?? When the pizza arrived it was cold!! I have given it back to the driver and have spoken to a lady called 'Alex' who says that I will be refunded within the next couple of days. I work within Bolton Town Centre and will be paying a visit if refund not received!
