Except dirty cutlery plates etc. Cold ingredients on the pizza yes lovely place to not eat.
The pizzas were nice. Disappointed that the salad bar was replaced by two choices for salad but still convenient and reasonably priced. Didn't need to book and was the best choice for what we wanted.
Nice place good food great idea on the food ordering system
Service not good daughter put order online told 20 min went yo pick up told her wasn't ready but was trying to pass her order to another customer and ordered over counter as she was waiting so she said something and they gave her the pizza which was for my grandkids not happy with the service at all
1st Pizza Hut since end of lockdown. Staff in Lowestoft branch were so helful and went out of there way to ensure their customers enjoyed their visit. This is our favourite branch of Pizza Hut.
Meal was ok, Pizza was nice but had to send corn on the cob back as was freezing and onion rings!!!! What can I say about those ... more like onion less onion rings not cooked properly, stodgy and limp not crispy like they should be .... Disappointed
Nice place and clean, staff friendly but food wasnt that great didn't have much pizza to chose from only 3 options and we couldn't use the website to order. Pizza dry, salad was nice but what it cost for 2 adults and a child that ate nothing wouldn't go back
Decided to eat inside main meal absolutely fine but we had to wait a long time for dessert. Hence 3 stars.
