Pizza Hut

Without doubt the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. Placed order at 18:15 with tracker saying due to be delivered between 19:40 - 19:50. By 20:15 still no sign of food and restaurant not picking up the phone so visited store myself. Absolutely 0 sign of my food and a queue of people from who also placed orders via the website who haven’t received them. Orders then being made from scratch and we were told they’ll take around 5 minutes they took at least 15. After finally getting my food close to 3 hours after initial order, it turns out they’ve given me the wrong food but at this point I can’t be bothered to go back up. The place needs shutting down, it is abysmally ran and the management of it is embarrassing.

I have repeatedly tried to order from Pizza hut via Deliveroo, in fact my wife and I have tried to order 4 times now and each time the store status changes to closed or our order is rejected. To Pizza Hut Brackla in Bridgend, if you aren't open or you don't want to sell Pizza to Deliveroo customers then remove yourself from Deliveroo and stop wasting customers time. I will also be making a complaint to Deliveroo about your stores conduct as having 4 orders canceled by your pointless store without any explanation is p*** poor customer service !

Took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and the pizza was over cooked and hard as if it was under the heat lamps for a long period of time. I made a complaint only to receive an apology but no voucher or refund offered so a waste of time and money. Very disappointing!

Would have give 0 stars if I could. After 2 hours wait order hasn't been received,and the hut won't answer the phone to get my refund.....

We have pizza at least once a week and the last 3 times i have ordered delivery from here have been terrible. Each time my order was an hour late one occasion it was over an hour and fifteen mins late. Then the last time took the biscuit, it was raining that evening so i thought that I'll treat my family to a pizza, not only was it an hour late causing me to have to cook something else for my children due to them being tired and hungry, but the delivery person choose to put the delivery on straight onto a wet floor, i understand people are being overly cautious due to this covid but they could have put the delivery on top of the delivery bag and stepped away waited 30 seconds for me to pick it up and then collected the bag but no... they put it on the wet floor and was at the other end of my drive by the time i opened my door leaving it get nice and wet! I was going to phone and complain but my wife talked me out of it due to the fact that this is the third time they have been late and no apologies even when I previously called to ask where my delivery was. So they have now lost a customer who will never recommend them to anyone and will sway people away from there when ordering a pizza

Wrong pizza. I said how much we hated pineapple , get home...ham and pineapple pizza. Called in rudeness you wouldn't believe and an argumentative missrepresentative that her parents should be ashamed of. Worst Pizza experience Eva. Well done

Worst pizza going. Absolutely tasteless, took 1 bite and wished i'd ordered dominos or gone to asda. Placed order and was told delivery would be 40 to 50 minutes, then after 30 minutes it updated to 60 to 70 minutes. Poor quality and slow delivery. Never again.

I read all reviews and many stated poor delivery and timing from this store. So I decided to order early. They informed me of the best deal and my food would be delivered in about 45-60 minutes. But 30 minutes later my food arrived, piping hot and great quality. I will order again some time.

Pizza never arrived and 11 hours later it still says it’s in the oven and wont give us our money back. Also saying pizzas have been stolen and trying to say mine has too but it’s still in the oven so how could it be stolen. Money was also taken out of our bank account

Ordered at 17:38. No food came for two hours. Run the restaurant who gave me a code for another pizza. The website did not recognise the code. Rung again. Was told that I must use code over phone. So I did and re ordered. Still no food. They have my money and at nearly three hours hove nothing. Really shabby. Be warned. They using non Pizza Hut delivery staff. !!!
