Website took my money for an order placed at 12am I was not alerted that the store was already closed or that it was for a future order. It has been impossible to contact the store to have a refund processed - sent straight to message bank. 5 days have passed and I've tried calling every day. Appalled that they have not contacted me for an order that was never sent out despite having taken the money. This is what I get for deciding to order from Pizza Hut for the first time in years.
Ordered through the website at 1:30pm theyre apparantly open by one The website said itll be here in 30 mins. Its now 2:30, and they are hanging up on me constantly, and the automated response says its already been delivered. This is a scam by every definition, i cant even contact them to get a refund because their automated phone responder hangs up when it notices my phone number
Ordered pizza for lunch at 1pm, didn't get it until almost 5pm. When I rang to ask where my pizza was I was hung up on. 10/10 would not recommend Edited to add: I did attempt to contact the person who replied to this review a week ago but have heard nothing back.Food: 1/5
Horrible experience, ordered online and went in for pickup, servers weren't very helpful or friendly even though there was only 1 order in the hot box that was mine. Garlic bread was very undercooked and tasted like dough. Super supreme was really empty and had half of the toppings missing. Might as well have been a cheese pizza. Don't order from here unless you're really desperate for pizza and have no other choice.
Ordered super supreme and paid extra for double olives and this is what I get. No capsicum as well. Called 3 times 1st and 3rd time got sent to message bank, 2nd time I was hung up on before the call was even connected. Please pick up your standards please.
Rubbish Pizza just bought 10 minutes before. no chicken in chicken supreme pizza, wonderful. Dough was overcooked. Never had problem from this store before, but this time was totally rubbish. I contacted store and told them, not a single word of appology.
Ordered at 10:47pm and got confirmation email that our order will be delivered by 11:17pm, guess what it never came as the shop closed at 11pm. It would've been nice is someone gave us a call would've been alright to cancel if it's too late for them to make it at Liverpool branch, but nah. Very dissapointed and now I have to wait til tomorrow to get my REFUND and my"LATE NIGHT EXTRA CHAGRE"!
I placed an order online a few weeks ago and the Liverpool branch ended up delivering it to our next door neighbor? After finally getting through to the manager on duty they would not believe me. Our neighbor came over when they heard the raised voices on the phone apparently this is ok because it was a manager arguing and told us they had received it. Well they said they would refund the money but never did!! I placed another order this evening yeah, silly me for a meal deal worth 37.95 delivered. When I checked the bank they had charged me double?? I will be taking this further so if your a community manager wanting to share my experiences with the wider team, forget it. They obviously don't care!!!
The service is not good, and the pizza has no filling, just a piece of bread
Update: the vege pizza last Tuesday was bad! Pre-heated. I am not ordering online again. The delivery guy was like " are not you coming down?" Why on earth I would be charged delivery fees if i can go down. Choose your drivers wisely. And if you are a lazy driver or a deliveryman quit your job! The pizza was amazing though.
