I get delivery from this pizza hut often, as its one of the only gluten free places around. But I am so sick of getting the notification that my food has been delivered and being sat here for 10 minutes after that notification, still waiting for it to be delivered. This happens every time I order without fail.Food: 4/5
I ordered it in person, and it was fine. Very expensive for what it is but that’s Pizza Hut for you, and I don’t regret it. I ordered the Beyond Italian style sausage supreme vegan with wedges
Ordered at 10.40pm places closes at 11pm. Ordered online for delivery which was confirmed immediately and money was taken with a delivery window of 11.08pm to 11.18pm. By 11.50pm nothing had arrived. I drove there to see if anyone was still there but it was completely closed up. I can only assume that either the staff ignored the order or closed early. I work shifts so it's not always possible to order earlier but as the order was made within the opening hours and payment was also taken I would have at least expected to have the order cancelled and money returned. I've now got to chase pizzahut via email they've moved to online customer service only apparently to get my money back. The orders very rarely arrive within the arrival window which I can normally overlook but I can't ignore the fact that they've mostly likely shut up shop early and have left me out of pocket for an order I'm never going to receive. If you can order from a different pizza hut I would strongly suggest you do as the stockport one has once again proved to be useless.
I have never been very keen on Pizza Hut but after watching documentary Stolen Dough online I won’t be coming back. Absolutely disgusting what you guys did to Cheese filling crust inventor -Anthony.Food: 2/5

Do not order from here, just had a pizza delivered and the box bent in half and the pizza fell onto my floor and they wont replace or refund because the driver put it in my hand, just paid £25 to spend half an hour cleaning my floor and still be starving.Food: 1/5
Food had to be re heated, was not kept warm during delivery. At least just eat the delivery drivers put the goods in a insulated bag to to keep the heat. plus minor burnt crustFood: 1/5
Got a Pizza yesterday was one of the Best Pizza Hut Pizza's ive ever had staff member was very attentive 10/10 thanks will be back Parking: If you park along side the shop go to the top of the road turn right and the ticket machine is there I wouldnt not get a ticket
