Ordered for collection. Got home one pizza burnt and one clearly over cooked. Phoned and complained so they sent new pizzas out which took an hour. I just complained and you took an hour????? Pizzas arrived pretty much as bad as before crust like cardboard barely any sauce. You'd think that after a complaint they might put a bit of extra effort in. Not this place they clearly don't give a toss. Can't cook a pizza and takes an hour to deliver 2 miles away. You are pathetic!!!!

This takeaway restaurant seems to be getting alot of bad reviews. We have been using yourselves since you opened and haven't really had major issue. Delivery is always quick, food hot and haven't had anything delivered wrong. My only niggle is sometimes there is over the top amount of tomato sauce on the pizzas but nothing to start writing home about! All new buinesses have teething problems etc so good luck and I open you get some more good reviews as like I said we haven't had any problems.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WASN'T GREAT. I GUESS THEY WERE JUST OPEN BUT RECENTLY I HAVE ORDERED FOR DELIVERY AND FOOD WAS GREAT AND SERVICE WAS QUICK.

Ordered online, after an hour I called to ask on the progress of my order and they hadn't even cooked it, said their system was messing up and it looked like i ordered the day before in the evening....??? Didn't apologise, didn't offer a discount or anything, just told me they'd cook it and get it out ASAP. One of the pizzas arrived with half of it being a massive air bubble in the dough. Website says that if they don't deliver in 30 mins I'll get £10 off my next order, never was offered that even after complaining. Stevenage one is much better for both customer service and food quality.
