Low standards. Burnt underneath, undercooked on top and cut ridiculously. They do offer insane discounts though with the more items you order. Great for parties

Ordered food it arrived after over 1hr wait. The pizza was completely cold, lopsided, dough damaged, lacked any sauce and the box crushed like it had been dropped and stepped on. The cookie dough also was squashed and damaged. We called right away and were on put hold, not even an apology but a discount for next time offered. Requested they refund & collect as not acceptable (which they cannot do they said). Had to reheat in oven and when we attempted to eat the pizza was horrible. So threw it away. Have called 4 times to follow up on refund as it has been promised, then their syetem is down. All kinds of excuses. AVOID, AVOID. Can see why they have 2 stars out of five. Still await the refund.. has been 3 weeks!!!

Worse pizza ever. Does not taste like Pizza Hut! Never order from here. Absolutely appalled!!!!

The first time we ordered from this branch, the pizza arrived cold (we live 5 mins away) lack of topping, looked soggy and barely any cheese on it. I called the branch and was given the option of either having a fresh one delivered but I'd have to give the cold one back to the driver (why?) Or get a free pizza on next order. I didnt want to waste the pizza, so finished off cooking it myself and opted for next pizza free. I've just ordered my free pizza, the guy asked the size so asked for an extra large and placed my order. The pizza turned up cold, hardly any pepperoni or cheese and the wrong size! The taste wasn't great on both occasions and I wont be using Pizza Hut again. Really over priced for what you get and the idiots on the other end of the phone just dont care. Sort it out Pizza Hut!

Ordered 2 pizzas and both were undercooked. The dough was chewy and tasted bad, the veg were raw and the cheese was barely there. Called them and very rude manager who didn't want to listen and indirectly accused me of lying. And was told to give instruction next time that we want things to be cooked! V. poor. Lesson learnt. Avoiding at all cost next time. Both pizzas in the bin. Cooked pasta for the kids. What a scam!
