Absolutely appalled at the service I’ve just received from this restaurant. 

Order arrived without the naan bread that I paid for. They then proceed to tell me to wait 40 minutes for it to be sent out! Whilst my food is getting cold, they called me 10 minutes later to tell me that they believe that they gave my bread to me and I am calling to get a further one for free... £3 bread! Never been so insulted in my life.

The person I spoke to refused to give me his name and claimed he was the owner. I highly doubt the owner of a business would treat a returning customer in this way so if the real owner sees this message I implore you to take action against this individual.

You just lost a customer.

Charged delivery without notification to my card, very rude man answered my call and couldn't understand English, very challenging - DONT Bother ordering form this place you will only get frustrated !

Ordered food before and it depends as they are not consistent. CS were friendly however this again depends on the manager. I called for a repeat order at which he said £2 delivery charge which was news to me as I ordered there before and there was no mention of this charge. He sounded rude and thought why spend my money there at all..not to mention what I was hearing in the background very unprofessional and this means the food could be suspect.
