Like the others on here if I could give this place a zero or even better a minus rating I would, service is non existent so don’t bother paying these fools any money as you either won’t get your pizza or they’ll grumble the whole way thinking they are doing you a favour! Waste of space and good pizza dough, the franchise holder should have his license taken away as they are single handedly destroying the Pizza Hut name in the area. Wastemans!

Yet again we have not got what we ordered, and this time the Pizza was burnt. Until you sort yourselves out we will not be ordering from you again. It's a shame because we always used to get great service and great Pizza!

I wish I could give this a lower star rating, worst takeaway in redditch, food arrive an hour late with no apology on top of the lateness the food was barely warm and in poor condition! Why would anyone in their right mind order from here! I had the 50% discount and still felt robbed! Absolute waste of money and time, do yourself a favour go to dominos and get the same discount, or go to an independent pizza company and save some money and get better quality service and food.

I had to put a star as I couldn't coment, I wouldn't bother the staff are so bad and they prepare your food without proper equipment and don't wear gloves

The first owner of this pizza hut had some good staff but ever since he sold it, it's not the same the pizza and food quality has gone down
