Awful service, the delivery driver handed me my pizza however the box was not closed properly, subsequently the pizza fell on the floor and I was unable to eat it. I was still asked to pay even though it was clear I would be unable to consume the food. For the second time in a row I've ordered cookie dough and not recieved the free ice cream, the delivery driver told me he would return with the missing ice cream, however he did not. I am truly shocked that Pizza Hut condones this type of service and will not be ordering again.

If it was possible to give zero stars that wouldn't even come close to the appalling service I've received tonight. I received a burnt pizza and then told there isnt anything wrong with it after having to email the manager with photos who i might add wasn't interested in a word I said. Very rude and blunt !! I will never been ordering a pizza from this branch again and advise others not to bother otherwise prepare to be disappointed and wonder why you didn't order from dominos!!

Last night I order pizza from them they don't cook proper they cook half I'm the one reluer castemor with them but I don't think I will give them order again

Rude and slow. Order took 1.5 hours and had items missing. Told they would come back in ten minutes, but never turned up. Called a few times to see what what going on. I was told they were understaffed. I said I didn't blame the person I was speaking to but I wanted to make a complaint to someone. Ala (assistant manager) was really rude and hung up on me without telling me when the missing items would arrive, or who I could speak to to complain. Eventually he suggested I come into the store to speak to a manager, but wouldn't explain to me why I couldn't do this on the phone. After calling back a few times he eventually gave me a straight answer and told me the managers name and when I could call to speak to them.

Atrocious service. Took an hour and a half to deliver my pizza. When calling the branch to check on progress, the woman on the phone put me on hold straight away and kept me waiting for 5 minutes with no answer. In the end, I kept calling back until I manage to get her attention. Not impressed and will not order from them again.
