People taking orders should be trained how to take orders properly! Rude and don’t know their own menu! Good thing the managers could do a thing or two for me AFTER I received my food twice and both time the orders were completely wrong! Take your chance if you wanna ruin your dinner!

Such an awful service tonight. We ordered a barbecue base meat feast pizza online, waited an hour for our food to turn up and a tomato base pizza turned up instead. We rang up Pizza Hut in West Drayton and spoke to a lady, we explained the confusion and she told us that a replacement barbecue based pizza would be sent out as soon as possible. About 20 mins later another tomato based pizza had turned up. Hungry and quite annoyed at their incompetence at this point, I rang up again to have the lady speak to me in a disgusting manner. Absolutely disgusting service and clearly poor communication within the company.

Absolutely shocking..ordered 2 large pizza and a side for £20. Used them before and always had an issue.. the lady who took my order sent the wrong order.. called and they sent another pizza advising to send the other one back.. however had already had some but they still wanted it back.. hubby went to have his pizza but realised it wasn't what he had ordered. So called again and advised they will send both pizzas and apologised. The driver comes who was so shockingly rude.. he knocked on my door and even before handing over the pizza be asked for the one we already had.. gave this to him he them made a comment and said why is it eaten.. advised to go and ask the person who knows.. amazingly rude won't bother next time..

Amazing service. Anything they forget by mistake, they will replace with more out of good hospitality. I really would rather pay for quality food from here compared to other places.

This place gave my wife and I food poisoning, reported to council and food standards agency. We have ordered from them before without food poisoning but their standards are definitely slipping. In such a competitive market, there are much better pizza places out there....papa John's, dominoes and perfect pizza to name some of our better experiences. Pizza hut restaraunts are of a higher quality however, so if you want pizza hut, go to their restraint not their delivery.
