It doesn't even deserve one star! absolutely disgusting. No cheese on the pizza. freezing cold. Best thing for this place is for it to close down!

All your staff need training. First of all i phone to see where my food was. Nobody new and got told to phone back in 15 minutes After waiting 1 hour food turned up cold. Phone up got told manager had walked out today so they didn't have any of The correct Pizza bases to replace. One of UR staff members (Michael) didn't handle the problem he over spoke me on the phone and contradicted him self by at the end saying he could replace my order. I asked.for a refund and got told he didn't no how to do this. How can you have a open store with people who dont no what they are doing. Good job Pizza hut what a waste of money !

Delivery arrived over an hour after order, food not particularly warm and not half as good as the last time we had Pizza Hut with a pretty tasteless and bland dough base. Pretty disappointing and when we called to check on the status of our order we were just told it'd be with us shortly, with no apologies for the delay (told it'd be within 30 when ordering).

Very bad customer service, delivered a wrong pizza and the staff and manager was over speaking on the phone. Not gonna order anymore from this store.
