The lady that helped us was brilliant so helpful and friendly.... Excellent customer service

Waited an hour and 20 minutes (despite being told 35-45 minutes) and still waiting after being told its " with the driver now". Would have been nice, not to mention professional if I was told by them  I should expect a delay rather than have to call them. An explanation/ apology would have also been nice.

Edit: after sending an email to explain my poor service a manager (?) did call me the following day to offer an apology and an explanation ( staffing issues).

Quality is poor!! This is what happens when you try and compete with places with special offers. Would pay more for better quality but this Pizza Hut isn’t worth it!!

Delivery girl went to wrong address, food cold and obviously shaken about in the box. Disappointing.
