Absolutely disgusting please do not waste your money plzzz plzzzz plzzz. Absolutely waste of money Never visit this place. The place is terrible i rate it 0. Please do NOT order from this place please absolutely disgusting. You will definitely get food poisoned.
I cannot knock the food it as always been good and you get a lot for your money, probably one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had I’ve came hear for years, but the lack of hygiene is a major knock off dirty seats walls and carpets up and down this is not a good look, if the place is so dirty and run down it makes you question the condition the food is made in and the hygiene of the people making it, please tidy up your shop and maybe spend a little bit of money doing it up. Parking: Hard parking
I was a regular customer. Always got chicken and fries. I don't know who the manager is, but there are some guys who are afghani or turnkish. I'm not sure, but they were respectful always. A couple of days ago, Iwent there and nicely complained. But the server became mad at me. I am so ashamed to say that he was looking like pakistani because he was speaking urdu. And then he gave me cold chicken and fries. Never going again. There is usually rush of people but on that day, just three customers. I would say it was because of that rude person. They should get rid of him. It is halal chip shop
Service is friendly, but sadly that's where it ends. The chicken filets in the burger were dry, the chicken wings were luke warm but inedible due to incredibly salty breading. Best to avoid at all costs.
The pizza and fries are great but the chickens are old! Taste like overnight ! Not crispy at all but maybe because it is so cheap. Great and friendly staff
Order arrived wrong order didn't include chicken strips chilli sauce looked half used took a bite of the burger and a hair was in my mouth called the shop to be spoken to rudely and told to give the burger back and we can have another one which is fine but the tone of the person on the phone was rude and obnoxious won't be ordering from here again what a waste of money!!!!!
Do not use We ordered on just eat Food came was completely the wrong order Called up said and they send they would send our order now wrap food back up for driver which isnt a problem When our order actually got here a hour and 30 minutes later it was warm at best and could see clearly its been warmed up and left there Shocking Go to pepes or another chicken shop Theses are atrocious
AVOID AVOID The worst ever my refund havent been sended back nor any apology they took my money and deliver my food to someone else !!!!!! havent had that problem previously only that has been late over an hour avoid
Absolutely sh*t wings - go elsewhere! Bought some sizzler wings and told the guy that they were too oily and wondered if I could get fresh ones. He said they were rotated every 15 mins and that they are all the same. Regardless, as I was waiting for a pizza, I asked him to change the batch and give me different ones when the pizza was ready. Came home to find even oilier wings, inedible and went straight in the bin. Having visited here couple of times before in the past, I was very disappointed. Complete waste of money; this branch is a disgrace to the dixy franchise, esp since I have eaten so many times from their branches in Ilford and Barking.
Everybody’s opinion is always different but we decided to buy from this shop today because we was not from that area started to eat the chicken taste like it rotten.
