All I could say is Pizza Hut Golders Green Branch is the best place to order pizzas in North-West London. Being a regular customer at Pizza Hut, it's quite bewildering and hard to explain negative feedbacks from some customers, since I never feel let down when I get food from Pizza Hut. Never came across friendlier and more attentive staff at the counter, particularly Diana and Malik who provide exceptional customer care and ensure not only about quality of the food, but also the quick service. Highly recommend this place if you crave for banging food.

Rude staff, late delivery, cold food, stomach ache. always when I order from this place they have some problem. they absolutely don’t care about customer just do the job somehow and go home. no more never again!

I used to order from time to time either from Domminos or Pizza Hut. Unfortunately this time I decided to buy from Pizza Hut. When delivery man arrived we realised there was a bottle of Pepsi missing. I called Golders Green branch. Woman who answered reassured me that the delivery man will definitely come back with the missing item and she will add complimentary ice cream. When after 40 minutes since the call delivery didn't arrive, my husband called again asking when can we expect it. He was told by the same person that the delivery man should shortly arrive as he is on his way, but if if he won't arrive, we will get £10 off the next order. When he asked how can we make this happen, she said that over the phone. I foun it strange that she confirmed that he will come but he might not. I called her again to clarify and explain that I'm not happy with the next time discount and would rather have the item I paid for. She wasn't very pleasant. At the end she said that the drink will deffinitely arrive today with an ice cream. I told her that I don't need the ice cream as long as I get what I paid for. As I could expect, I haven't seen the driver and the drink not mentioning the ice cream she was promissing hahahaha. Pizza Hut you should train your staff on basic customer service and explain to them that lying to customers isn't particularly good practice. I will never ever order anything from this company as I don't like being lied and robbed of my money. I will stay with Dominos as they always deliver without issues. I do not recommend this place.

Staff Problems- Didn't deliver my Pizza. Had to go in to pickup. No phone call to update. Nothing.

Ordered a pizza from here on a lazy Thursday night, which was a mistake in hindsight. The whole family got a stomach bug from this order. Called to complained and they accused us of making it up. Don't order from here, hygiene standards are seriously lacking or they force their staff to work while sick.
