My beautiful wife and family and I have ordered regularly from this outstanding establishment for the last 4 years However tonight there was a tiny minor issue I called to ask to speak to the Manager and I spoke to thee outstanding Zara who was patient brilliant and super awesome and gave us customer service levels only seen in the American movies !! What a true superstar words cannot thank you enough May God Bless you Zara and as promised I said to you I would give you a 5 star review !! I ordered farmhouse pizza with sweetcorn and got Hawaiian instead. Edit. I ate entire pizza and now will have to deal with addiction to pizza. This pizza was good anyway.

Son was desperate to take us out for dinner, and he wanted to pay he is 5, and this was a big deal for him....even if he was using my card. Showed up at 5 pm, and it was closed.
Ordered last week for a set time, came late and was stone cold, was told my next order would be free as a gesture of goodwill so I thought that's great it can't happen twice! Well tonight we placed our re order after our complaint last week and yes food was on time but yet again stone cold! Even the chicken wings were mushy like been heated in a microwave! Don't see the point in putting in a complaint again as I won't be ordering again! After a complaint a company should make sure the same thing doesn't happen again in the next order which is the most disappointing thing
Used to get food from here regularly, tonight was the first time I ordered in a couple of months. Food has went really downhill in my opinion, always used to get medium pan bbq meat feast but they don’t seem to do pan in medium size anymore and hardly any bbq sauce and toppings were different for some reason. Not very enjoyable. I would recommend it before, but not now.
Pizza hut in dunfermline is brilliant we havent been since covid. We went last night it was very relaxed with safety measures in place. Everything was explained and all the staff were lovely.
Disappointed - just had pizza from here and if it had any cheese or tomato sauce on it, it was minimal. Perhaps it was because it was on the £7.99 offer? Luke warm and tasteless. Have had a similar experience before but put it down to a one off - Won't order from here again.
