I love the the fact these guys deliver to me cause I’m a fair way out and how late they are open too! how ever, being a regular it would be nice to see a few additions to the menu! For example halloumi fries/cheese sticks? Or hotdogs? other than that love the food love the service just might need a few more side dishes :
I ordered a 16 inch thin base Chicago Feast pizza and it was excellent! It was ready in under 30 minutes and the base was very thin and satisfying. The toppings and rest of the pizza were delicious! The garlic bread is nothing special since it’s quite dry and plain like garlic bread slices bought from a supermarket. But that didn’t matter because the pizza itself was so brilliant!
So, firstly the food from this place you can not fault! Always hot when arrives and tasty, no issues at all there. However, the delivery is usually really good but the last few times for delivery it has been 20-60 minutes late. To be told once that it should be with us in about 3 minutes and then phoning up and being told that they have just left! It was more frustrating because if we were told the truth at the start then I wouldn't be bothered with it. I'm not sure if it has been late recently due to Covid-19 and there being more business heading their way but either way, if we're told the truth about a delivery time then I would have been more than happy. I have worked in retail and at the end of the day it's just easier to be honest Again, can not fault the food. Always delicious!!
Good Quality Food and Friendly Staff! Use Bicester Pizza House regularly and the only time I've had to complain is because they missed a side order off when delivering this was provided free of charge on my next order with a couple of extra bits as an apology. The food is always good and is very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than Domino's and Pizza Hut. The big positive for this place is the team that work there, they are all really nice people who go the extra mile for their customers. It's nice to walk into somewhere where you and the majority of customers who walk in are remembered and made to feel like your custom is appreciated, something you don't get in alot of places nowadays!

I've quickly become a regular customer since moving to the area. The food is always good quality and well worth the price, especially the pizza! Consistently arrives on time if not early, with friendly delivery staff.
Edit 3: without a doubt the best pizza you can get in the area. Friendly operators and delivery drivers that will go out of their way to get you what you want. Great pizza and very friendly phone operator and delivery driver. Would order again! Edit: had them a few times now. Pizza is consistently excellent and drivers always polite! Don’t bother with the garlic bread though.
