The food is really good can’t complain one bit about that, but the time it took to get here was ridiculous 2 hours almost on a Thursday, had to phone twice and lied to me both times, first time they said it would be here in 20 minutes and 30 minutes still wasn’t here, phoned again they said the driver was outside my house and then said near my house after i checked, ten minutes later still not here, finally arrived after 15 minutes after that!!! Then the pizza was cold and had a hair in the pizza too!!! Far from impressed

RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!  They tell you to come collect your pizza where their parked if they can’t find your house. Had this same experience from them last year as well but turns out Pizza GoGo love hiring drivers with attitude.  Only reason I ordered from them was because all the other decent pizza places were closed it was late night and the vampire Pizza GoGo was open so I thought let me give them another chance and obviously got let down again.  Anyway it was a family night and I didn’t want to ruin it……….and yeah I had to go outside to get the pizza.Once again, definitely never again.

Top class pizzas! Always reliable with their delicious toppings and garlic sauce drizzled all over the pizza. Keep it up guys.

We ordered two 12” pizzas and they were alright as they came out of the oven within 10 minutes of ordering. The garlic dip was nice, too. Strangely, though, they didn’t ask which sauce - out of ketchup or BBQ - we’d prefer, but went ahead and slathered one on each pie.  At least the sauces went well with the toppings. Good value, even though we collected the boxes after 5 p.m. pizzas are about 20% cheaper before that.

Have to say a great pizza collection prices are really good too. Felt like an 90s pizza hut tasty base lots of cheese when you want that classic pizza this is the place to go hard day of work can't be bothered to cook go here for that carby goodness.

I ordered a from 11-16 Dighton St, Bristol BS2 8ES, but the pizza was not okay, and I told them this pizza I did not order. There is a person named Youssef who was not respectful at all. He was treating me badly with another person whose name I do not know.  He spoke to me not well. I waited for the manager and he didn't come.

Just ordered pizza from them, normally order it from Kingswood who serve the most delicious pizza that makes you love pizza gogo, unfortunately this store  city centre is nothing like that, pizza is so soggy and oily, chicken wings taste so bad and oil is dripping of it. They don't add some of the toppings as per your order, I tried to contact them but the person I spoke to doesn't care at all, he has zero customer service in his blood, not listening and not taking comments/complaints into consideration. We couldn't eat the pizza or the sides today and they ruined our family takeaway day. Will never order from them or order it for loved ones ever again.

Quality fresh dough, with appropriate amount of toppings and cheese, making some really delicious fresh mouth-watering pizzas..

AVOID: Food never arrived. Contacted customer services for a refund. Still no refund after a few weeks or further information. Have now sent several emails to customer service with no response.
