A group of us went for a prebooked lunch. Food was nice. However, we all ordered starters and main courses. They brought everything out at the same time. We queried at the time why they were bringing main courses out which would get cold while we had our starters. They didn't seem to know or care, just that it was all cooked.
I visited a couple of weeks ago as part of a large group booking and felt compelled to write about our experience. Whilst we were dining a female member of staff whose name I gather is Beth was extremely rude and aggressive towards a manager, inciting some other younger male staff members to behave in an appallingly aggressive way in front of a fairly busy restaurant. This included swearing and there were children present eating. Whatever was going on we have never witnessed unprofessional, childish behaviour like it from the female involved and this really reflected badly on the restaurant. The food and service from other staff was otherwise lovely and the manager apologetic and clearly embarrassed.
It's a treat to go to pizza express. Their food is always great! Drinks are limited but still plenty of options. Due to COVID it's probably one of the best restaurants that adhere to social distancing. Bookings and track and trace, the service is good and this is a spacious restaurant.
Our server was Lucas. He’s one of the best servers we’ve had at any restaurant. Period! A genuine and massive credit to the team. Super friendly, gave recommendations, remembered every detail to a tee of our order and there were a lot of changes…absolutely perfect! He needs a pay-rise. Me and my family will definitely visit again. Thank you Lucas.
They gave us the wrong order at first but also corrected their mistake but not charging us and serving the correct item. Very friendly staff, amazing choices for all vegan and GF people Parking can be a bit tricky but I think they do have a private parking space too, need to ask them.
Tasty, pasta very delicious.. Great customer service, overall very good experience.
The worse pizza express ever! Don't visit it, the waiters is not kind, don't smile at all, don't help with the customers choice. Definitely back home Bristol we have decent and professional service.

If you want quality food this is the place for you. Wowww, always consistent, delicious & a massive plus for me they leave the friggin parmesan so I can put on as much as I want when I want. Big kudos! I love the Pollo Pesto & I tried the new Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake today, absolutely scrumptious!!!
They have an amazing make your pizza activity for kids. Really good activity for organizing a kids Birthday party.Food: 4/5
