While the staff try to be helpful that's as far as it goes. The pizzas were either burnt or undercooked to the point of being see-through - don't expect to be able to hold a slice in your hand. Painfully slow service for not a particularly busy evening. Very expensive for what you get. There are better places in St Ives for a lot less money which offer good food at reasonable prices.

Place ran like clockwork while we were there this evening really impressive! You know what you're getting with the food at Pizza Express so as long as it's well cooked and we'll served you know you'll enjoy your night . Top job tonight - thanks!

Having eaten here quite a few times, tonight's meal was terrible ( more the service). The service was shocking. We were left for over 30 minutes after our meal. When we asked for the bill we were told we are to busy. It took us to stand up put our coats on before anyone came to us . The manger was too busy pratting about with his staff than serving people. We had wrong orders , no cutlery when I did ask the waitress only gave one person the cutlery. I just helped myself in the end There is more to add but don't want to waste more time. Good luck this summer pizza express st ives will struggle like hell when the crowds come.

Worst pizza ever, base looked & tasted like rubber. Complaint about said was ignored. Waiting staff more interested in chatting to each other than customer service.

Customer service not good. Didn't know how to deal with situation when they had run out of their main menu items. No proper apologies even though we had booked well in advance. It would appear they weren't bothered.
