I went to this Pizza Express branch on March 8th. It was my first time trying the known restaurant chain, and it probably will be my last. I ordered a chicken Cesar Salad and one cheese garlic bread. The salad was good and fresh, the sauce quantity is small though. The cheese garlic bread was tasteless with barely cheese on top. The restaurant was understaffed. I waited for 10 mins for my bill to arrive. The team seemed lost, training is much needed for them, or they might need a good Maestro manager. The atmosphere is nice with a diverse menu. But you don't get for what you pay. Not recommended overall.
Came here for a birthday meal before seeing Avatar. From the moment I came in to the moment I left I was really well looked after! I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the guy who served me but his service was exceptional! I was the first one of my party waiting for the late comers and he made sure I was well looked after and had everything I needed. Order was taken quickly and efficiently and all food arrived hot and tasty! Had to rush away for our movie but they quickly and secretly prepared the cake that my friend had brought - I would have expected it to come on a plate just straight from the box but it came beautifully presented on pizza board with happy birthday written in flour and a cute little strawberry, lovely little touch and proves time and care is put into the service. ALL staff said happy birthday to me and made it a really lovely visit! Thank you :
Good food. Nice people but seem to be understaffed which reflects in the service quality.
Amazing manager and friendly service. The staff at this location where all very helpful in order to help me with my order and try to solve my problem. The manager also was always smiling and doing her best to keep everything smooth and under control. She was a very capable manager and I liked her work ethic very much.
Enjoying the new vegan options. Good pizza. Update 07/10/22: I'm warned at the entrance that it'll take longer for my order to arrive. I accept this. I'm seated, but I wait TEN MINUTES for service, watching waiters walking past me, nobody making eye contact. I get up & find a waiter who takes my order and apologises saying he thought I had ordered ‍ He doesn't understand what I'm ordering and even seems surprised when I point the item out on the menu. He brings the wrong drink after all ‍ The food was good, but that service was poor enough to discourage me from visiting again.
Open 11.30am till 11pm. If you want to eat pizza.....always go to Pizza express. Great menu and great service.Food: 5/5
Lovely food. Standard Italian food. Toilets in good condition. Baby change room available. Spacious and can host small parties of 8 to 10 people. Great atmosphere.Food: 4/5

Had the worst experience in terms of service. Was told that the wait for food is 45mins. I am still waiting for the food and is being almost more than an hour. And I have 4 kids who cannot wait for more than an hour for food. Looks like they are giving more preference to take away orders than people waiting for food in the restaurant. Absolutely shambolic service and would never come back. And plus I need to talk to the manager as soon as possible as this is not the first time I have had issues at this place. If I do not get contacted within 7 days I will take the concerns to senior management. Vegetarian options: Same as above Kid-friendliness: Absolutely shambolic service. Do not bring kids here for meals
