There's a plethora of pizza joints in St. Albans, but Pizza Express is probably the most consistent. Their thin crusts are, and their salad niçoise is. My favourite salad in town, by the way. Good for kids too.
Just ordered from the car and collected the tastiest, gluten-free 'American Hot' pizza plus 2 cold Peroni gluten-free beers, I arrived early but it was all ready and waiting for me. Great food, great service and great easy-listening jazz music. Thanks so much, from a very happy Coeliac

Enjoyed a lovely pizza. Service was prompt and waitress was very friendly. Restaurant was not overly busy on a tuesday evening.
Love Pizza Express. The food was good but the female chef was stuffing her face with pepperoni constantly whilst cooking other people's food. A handful into her mouth then a handful on the pizza. Disgusting.
