After a detailed discussion about being a vegan and going through their excellent book that tells the allergens in each meal...I still managed to end up with mayonnaise in my pita. Even thought the guy referred to it as the vegan meal and he brought them to the table. You never can be too aware! Otherwise quick, clean, and good customer service to resolve the issue.

Stumbled upon this place while walking around and I was quite surprised. The food was amazing especially the half chicken with rice. The desserts were on point. The staff are very friendly too. Definitely returning back again as they have the best chicken ever.

Arrived half an hour before closing but still got fully seated and served. Staff was incredibly nice and the food was of course delicious. Service was slow but I equate that to the kitchen already being cleaned up for closing, I cannot fault them for that.

Went earlier this evening, always love Nandos but had a bad experience at this branch. Despite the fact that I ordered first out of my table my food never came. When almost everyone had finished eating, 20 minutes after their dishes arrived I was finally able to get a waiters attention and request my food which was then plated up (we didn't get our cursory check from a waiter during the meal as no rooster had been placed at our table). I don't believe it was the extra hot as ordered as well. No apology or anything. Very substandard service.

I have been a couple of times and the food quality carried from delicious to meh. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I find the pricing of the place to be fair as well!
