I ordered from here last night I got a kebab wrap and when I got it it tasted funny I didn’t think nothing of it until the next day I was feeling quite unwell so I booked in to see a gp at Lumley doctors and they have said to me I’m showing every sign of food poisoning and that was the only thing I ate nice one pizza box
Where to start.. Firstly we ordered a cheese garlic bread which when we arrived home was practically raw and doughy. Chicken Kebab was noticeably lacking the amount of chicken as we’ve had previously. Doner kebab meat was anaemic with litte or no taste. Maybe feeling the financial pinch but this shouldn’t be at the customers expense. I’ve been a customer since moved from imperial buildings so near to 35 years. The staff have change and are fairly rude and miserable, Time to try elsewhere as not good anymore.
My Son has moved closer to the Fencehouses branch so we went to this one. I have to say that my usual Pizza Box is the Shiney Row branch. The pizzas were still good but Shiney still have the edge Still love you Pizza Box team. Sorry Fencehouses, healthy competition for you to improve on
Not good!! After tipping deliver! Part of order missing! Only to be told by staff shortage & would put it on account! But why would I go back?? 8” pizza was actually 7”! Such a shame as used to be amazing.
Price increase???, no free delivery..my regular order just gone up 20% and its only 2 pizzas... Nice food..but never again
Been there a few times but today had a chicken wrap.... I’ll spare you the details but if anyone has any spare lockdown big roll I could do with a few rolls .... massive tummy ache and now through the eye of a needle.. Won’t be going back. Don’t normally leave reviews but when you’re physically ill from it something has to be said

Best Pizza and Kebabs ever
Me and my fiancé always get a takeaway every so often and the food is out of this world and the staff are really friendly too.
Great choice, value and card payments.
