I have eaten here many of times! I can hand on heart say they do the best cheesy chip wrap in the north east. The pizza was great! Not greasy at all and the base was crispy. Not soggy at all. I won’t order anywhere else. The staff are great, incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. Top quality service!!!
One of the worst store and customer service ever. The behavior of their staffprobably manager is extremely rude. I ordered from them and my entire order was damaged and it was inedible. I contacted with them and the person wasn't even listening what I wanted to tell him. He was just telling me "it is not our problem, you need to contact with your delivery partner". Literally, he wasn't allowing me to finish the conversation and he was almost threatening me.

Dont know what the recent reviews are about, this shop is great and produces good food at low costs. Furthermore the customer service I receive from the owner is just so welcoming and heartfelt. Please do not base your opinions from reviews you read, come and give them a try before judging them.
The best and friendliest in Newcastle. The London Pizza can not beat - getting the balance of dough just right. My number one go to! Couldn't recommend enough.
Payed alot of money for kabab on the pizza , didn't give that much. And a little bit of the sauce and it cost 1 pound.

Thought this place was OK and it's my local, But gradually over time this place has now become a complete joke TBH. The food has went way down hill to say the very least. If your a English speaking customer they have honestly started to not bother putting any effort into preparing your food and when your in the shop they don't make you feel welcome at all and you feel very uncomfortable in the shop. If someone comes in and speaks the same language then they get priority regardless if you have been waiting longer for your order and it kills me to say this. It's sad as I enjoyed this place but its went downhill, especially when the 2 women are left on their own to organise and run the place as they haven't got a clue in all fairness. My food is really not acceptable but I just hope they sort it out because they were a good takeaway in the past. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ORGANISATION!!! POOR TIMEKEEPING AND NO RESPECT ANYMORE
This place has went downhill over the past 3 months or so & is getting worse. Staff try to palm customers off with kebab meat probably kept overnight which makes it so unpalatable.
Great value for money, the 12inch meat pizza was lovely and the hot sauce is super HOT.
