I needed some fuel coming back from a caravan touring holiday I pulled into Pitstop garage filled up then found it a bit tight to get out with the car and caravan asked for some help the staff from the garage were able to guide me out successfully a truly fabulous help much appreciated Thanks to everyone at Pitstop Garage

Apart from the fact that the food is overpriced in the shop, the woman behind the counter is horrid. Twice I have now complained about her. She is nasty towards school children and has repeatedly told me that I am disrespectful and rude. Never in my life have these connotations been kinked to myself. More than once I have been told that I am a credit to my family. I'm am 17 and so not appreciate being called these things by a woman who I buy food from once a week. I am currently awaiting a call from the management at the company, as I complained yet again today about her impulsive need to call me out on my manners. I have been brought up with the upmost respect and speak to people in the correct way. Not once have I foul mouthed her nor will I ever. I hope to hear back from the company and she will hopefully this time be reprimanded as she should have been in the fist instance. Unacceptable.

Started taking my vehicle there after Dexel started turning work away. The guys here are brilliant and do all my servicing,mot's and any repairs I have found a real gem of a garage and even quite often purchase my diesel here. Although the attitude of a lady in the shop (tall blonde lady with glasses) has a little to be desired. I asked her on my last visit if people ask for super unleaded she bluntly said no! and said nothing more. and always looks miserable...other than that can't fault the place.
