Went into the dealership today to look at a 110. There was an HSE in the showroom for £70449,I asked the sales person if i could buy it there and then to be told NO as it’s a demonstration model which I replied that’s ok,can I leave a deposit and pick it up once Landrover issue a new one.The sales person went and got another member of staff to which his reply was “YOU CANNOT BUY THAT VEHICLE AS WE CAN REGISTER IT AND MAKE £30,000 MORE THAN THE PRICE SHOW” surely this is wrong? So the outcome of today is you can’t buy a new car anymore off the showroom floor..
Saw there website,selection of jags for sale,decided to go take a look not one there, all at Boston,waste of a morning,
8 hours wait for service and mot they put parts on the car without asking my permission and expected me to pay extorunate prices for them . They asked if I wanted a courtesy car I said yes when I took it back they wanted me to pay for the car not told that there would be a charge as you'd expect from the name courtesy car it's a courtesy not a hire ! Bad attitude when confronted about the above things wouldn't recommend
This is the best Land Rover dealership in the UK by far - very knowledgeable staff, great communication and desire to do the best for the customer and they all do it smiling ….. no corporate sad faces here !!! They know how to go “above & beyond”
Bought a '67 FFRR TDV8AB from Andy Barnett at Duckworths. I live in Kent so a big commitment to go this far up country. Andy and the service team were fantastic - picked me up at the station, kept me suitably watered throughout my visit, fixed a couple of minor requests and I left with a big smile on my face, a great car and quite a few £ lighter! Good after sales service as well. Great team, great facility and highly recommended.

i purchased a Land Rover Discovery 4 used from Market Rasen having viewed the vehicle on line. I was contacted promptly by sales man Dean Tompkins. Dean was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. He made me feel valued and respected as a customer and maintained the right level of contact throughout. Happy with the purchase and presentation of the vehicle and I was happy to go the extra distance from North Yorkshire to make my purchase. The garage was small but friendly unlike some of the bigger groups who have lost their way in customer relations. I would definitely return thank you

Can’t believe someone has inserted an adverse comment about reception. We’ve bought luxury cars from various corners of the UK and this team from the bottom to the top I rate 10+ out of 10. No massive sales push. Car tailored to our lifestyle without forcing in any direction. Sound advice without the BS. I would confidently highly recommend anyone to put their trust in Duckworth.
