Absolutely rubbish. Total waste of time going from Newton Abbot to Teignmouth. They used to have lots of stock but now nothing. They can ‘order it online and have it delivered to your door’ but I can do that myself and probably cheaper too!!! I don’t know why they bother to open a shop, they might as well just have an online shop. The girl is rude too. She thinks she is the font of all knowledge and treats customers with contempt. I’ll never bother going again.

Lovely staff who are only to happy to help and a good selection of products for most pets.  Well worth a visit, if only to meet their adorable parrots who want to have a conversation with anyone who walks in!

I used to get cat litter here and have it delivered to my doorstep on time but since new management the delivery was not on time
