This is a jewel of a shop nestled in the centre of Verwood. The fruit and veg they sell is top notch quality and great value. The also sell other local produce including cheese, bread and honey. Through the winter months they help feed us with the most amazing home made soups and through the warmer months they offer the best sandwiches and baguettes at a fraction of the cost of other lunch time establishments in town. Lynn & Dan always offer a cheery welcome.

I echo Tony Oag's sentiments. I can't fault the service and produce at Pippins. Always excellent quality fruit, veg and other goods such as cheese, eggs and cakes. Sandwiches & baguettes are a bargain (and made with proper bread) and a varied selection of gluten-free produce too. Dan often has cheese-tasting sessions - and stocks Tornegus for me :) - and Lynn has a great grasp of what is a good Stilton (I have never tasted a better Stilton than that sold by Pippins) They also stock of variety of dry-goods and foodie-gifts.
