I popped in for a coffee and cake snack. Majority of the tables were full of used crockery. The coffee machine was out of coffee beans, which I informed the young man behind the counter. I then helped myself to another coffee.nHe spent a large proportion of his time chatting to a member of staff in the kitchen with his back to the customer area, and then another young man who came in took his attention, leaving a couple of new customers waiting at the till.nOverall a lack of customer awareness, or concern generally.nIt was not busy so it struck me that his time could have been better utilised! Further issues appeared to have been occurring at the coffee machine, as I was about to leave.nAnother member of staff arrived, cleared so tables, then went behind the scenes...
After locking my keys in my car late and night with no phone battery I went to buy one but they had ran out, the employees went completely out of their ways to find me one to use so I could contact some one. They were so kind and helpful thank you so much Zara, Tilly and Callum your hero’s!!!!!!
After seeing a specific shiraz on offer online I tried to buy some on store. The website said out of stock so I couldn't order for delivery or 'click n collect'.nHowever when I went in person the stores own inventory said there were 28 cases in the store room.nTom at the customer service desk searched for 20 minutes but couldn't find any.nThey continued searching the next day and eventually found it, put six bottles aside for ne and gave me a call at home.nGreat job. Thank you.
Quick visit to Morrisons whilst visiting the area.nEasy to find, large car park and a petrol station.nThis looks like a large Morrisons with well stocked shelves. Nice and clean from what I could see and I was happy with the prices.nIt was good to see a large cafe with plenty of tables, closed when I visited but I’ve always been happy with their breakfasts.nIt’s good to see that Morrisons keep standards up across the country.
Very good place, plenty space parking and excellent quality and service
