A GOOD supermarket to shop at. I had to come here to find some things Tesco has stopped selling or won't sell. I found what I was looking for. The carpark is also good and there is a filling station here.nThank you.
Quick visit to Morrisons whilst visiting the area.nEasy to find, large car park and a petrol station.nThis looks like a large Morrisons with well stocked shelves. Nice and clean from what I could see and I was happy with the prices.nIt was good to see a large cafe with plenty of tables, closed when I visited but I’ve always been happy with their breakfasts.nIt’s good to see that Morrisons keep standards up across the country.
Morrisons Verwood is a good superstore, though it is a bit out of the way for me in Bournemouth.
Went to Verwood Morrisons to fill up a big trailer mounted generator used for emergency response when there are power outages, the short lady at Morrisons Petrol Station at 5pm on the 22nd April, told me I could not fill up the generator because I ‘was not filling up a tank’ to which I showed her, the diesel cap and tank inside the generator. She told me I could fill up 40L of diesel into Jerry cans and then pour them into the generator, because that is the maximum they will sell me in Jerry cans. I stated that this is a 240L diesel tank and how could I fill that with 40L. It is a bunded tank so actually safer than Jerry cans or even a car to fill. I went to Texaco and they served me with 0 problems and filled up and left. The joke is, I filled up the same generator on Friday night at Morrisons with no problems. The lovely guy at Texaco said Morrisons staff are trained to be awkward. Never using Morrisons again for fuel.
Regular customer I went shopping on Saturday and no staff as usual. The two staff that were on looked stressed and tired. What is going on Morrisons it used to be a nice store with more staff. Have you had a change of management. Staff and customers not happy.
