We have used Pink Skips for over 20 years, and are always very happy with their service. Skips get delivered & collected on time, every time. Very professional service provided & invoices always provided for each hire. Office staff are very polite & helpful. I fully recommend this company.

Started off promising but now stuck with skip on drive for over a week and half after being told 3 times they would collect it.  Phoned Wed 28th Sept to arrange collection and was told it would be picked up within a couple of day.  Phoned back Mon 23rd Sept to chase it up after no one came.  Explained I have an electric vehicle and needed access to charge point on side of the house but couldn’t get on drive because of skip.  I was reassured it was going down as urgent collection and would be picked up by Tue evening.  Phoned Wed after another no show. Explained again car situation and was told it was down for collection Thurs before 4pm.  Another no show.  Phoned office was told they were going to track driver to see where he was and would phone me  back with update, no call back.  Phoned yet again now told  to ring in morning to see if it can be arrange for tomorrow, but would have to see what jobs they’ve already got on.  Absolute joke, defo won’t be using them again.

I booked a 4 yard skip for 5 days. It arrived early on the day it was booked which was great as it meant I could get started on removal straight away and then 3 days in, I received a text informing me when it would be picked up and asking me what kind of waste was being disposed, so I responded. Everything went exactly to plan and they picked it up when they said they would. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. I was hesitant initially to book as I saw some negative reviews. However, I'm glad I did because it was a seamless service. Thank you.

I have used Pink Skips for 14 years , and can never fault them . Always on time for delivery and pick ups . I would highly recommend them . Family run business , and they run a tight ship. Even if i need a skip last minute dot com, they still oblige .

Don’t really understand the negative reviews it nearly put me off. I ordered 14 yard skip to Chorlton, arrived as it should have a Wed and then we filled in within 2 days refurb at home so I called on the Friday and asked if they could replace it on the Monday with a 8 yard and they came as planned, swapped them over with no issues. I’d use this company again so I definitely haven’t seen the issues called out here.

We have used Pink Skips for our building company for over 7years. Grace and Catherine always try to accommodate our requests, offering a speedy turnaround and reliable service.  We would definitely recommend this family run business.

Have used Pink skips many times and have always had a first class service. Delivered and picked up within agreed timescales. Have even fitted me in with an extra skip at short notice.

Terrible communication.  I had to ring 5 times while on holiday to try and get it collected. This skip stayed full for 14 days and it was filled on the first day.  Through no fault of my own this got over filled by people who obviously live near knowing the house was empty.  When it was finally collected the mattress somebody had kindly put on top and bin bags and debris were just left to blow around the garden till I returned. Very bad service.  Will never use again and will never recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever. We hired 8 yards and we paid £270 for it but it was NOT 8 yards we hired 8 yards previously so we could clearly see the difference and that it wasn’t 8 yards, wasn’t hard for anybody to tell even the builders said it isn’t. We called and explained this to them that we had paid for an 8 yard slip and the woman on the phone said “ok we will take it back but we have to take £50“ which is ridiculous as it is not our fault that they sent the wrong size. That’s their fault. So we just kept it as we didn’t want to lose £50. The driver unexpectedly turned up without even telling us they are collecting and the skip wasn’t even half full and they came and took it anyways, the builder even explained to the driver how it’s not even full yet and we need at least another day but the driver said it’s not in his hands and we have to call. We called and the woman on the phone was so unbelievably rude, not even letting me speak and explain anything to her. all she repeatedly said “no it’s for the next customer no it’s for the next customer no it’s for the next customer” and rudely ended the phone on me. I’m really disappointed. even 1 star is too much for them, they deserve 0 stars!! NEVER AGAIN. AVOID PINK SKIPS.

Lovely staff, the delivery lads are all top and respectful. Picked up one skip as soon as it was full and it was a bit over but no issues all. Came back to drop another skip the following day which was also given extra time.
