Bought a tree from here this year on 3rd Dec and it has hardly dropped any needles at all. It has only just started to droop and become a bit brittle now on 6th Jan! Only taking it down because I have to, otherwise it probably would have gone on for another few weeks!  Very good quality and very happy with it.  I have a proper base for it and put it in there and watered it as soon as I got home. Had to top the water up quite a bit during the first week but after that the water level didn’t really drop for weeks.  1st and 2nd photo are how it looked on 6th Jan after over a month. 3rd photo was in Dec.

Went in too buy a Christmas tree today 24th and Ollie F helped find the perfect tree for me. I loved his explanation about the different types of trees and the recommendation was much appreciated. Will definitely be back next year!

This has been one of the worst customer services I ever had in London. First we get a sick tree delivered which just left millions of leaves everywhere. They said the will have a replacement 2 days later, when the allocated time slot was over, we called the driver who said he will be delivering the tree in 30’. After 1h30 we called again and he said the traffic was worst than expected but he was “100% coming”. By the time it was 10pm we knew he wasn’t and he didn’t. After numerous if ignored calls and emails, we finally received our new tree with no notice at all. The tree was not the one we had order in terms of type and height but delivery person said nothing he could do as this was the last tree he had in the van. So we got stuck with the unwanted tree as we just give up trying anything with this company. After all of this we received an email asking when we would like the tree delivered which was in our possession already from 2 days ago… they have absolutely no control of the orders nor product they sell nor how to deal with customers. All while our ask for a refund is being ignored. Last time I will be anywhere near this company.

Edit- lasted full month of December with practically no dropping.  Good selection of nice trees of different sizes- we got a great 5ft tree for £64. Well organised and parking is fine too! Go early though if you can.

Beddington Park Troy was welcoming and engaged well with the kids making the experience enjoyable. He knew what he was doing and was not pushy at all. We left with a nice premium 6Ft tree which Troy wrapped for us. I would thoroughly recommend!
