We bought our first tree from Pines and Needles today and we had an amazing experience! Carla was so nice and super helpful. She helped us find the perfect tree, cut it and wrap it for us, and made our experience seamless. We will definitely come back next year!

Stopped by today to pick up a last minute tree, only to be met by the friendliest customer service i've had in a long time. Carla came over straight away and helped us pick the perfect tree, she was a HUGE help, thank you Carla for the help and i wish you and your family a merry Christmas x
