Located in a tough business area with Fazenda right round the corner, Pinchos has some seriously top competition, it stands shoulder to shoulder with them. Although the chef is an Aussie he can seriously cook Spanish tapas. Absolutely top of the range food, great wine and fantastic staff.

Honestly the best tapas I've had in Birmingham, I had the shrimps and goat cheese with caramelized onions, it was perfect the place is a little small but other than that, I strongly recommend it!
