I used this garage through Cazoo. I had a Peugeot 2008 which had a few on going problems. Cazoo sent it to a few garages that never truly fixed the problem. But when my car went into Pierremonts Ramsgate the problem was found and repaired. The garage went above and beyond the normal garage protocols by helping me solve the problem with the car and by helping me get my money from Cazoo. Thank you for your help
Had a flat tyre, luckily I discovered it whilst car parked at home, mechanic came, inflated the tyre & drove it to the garage. They discovered the puncture caused by a screw, repaired quickly & efficiency I could not have asked for better service.
Thieving so and so’s. Check out other prices of their cars before buying and never get a MOT from them. They are too expensive. Try the MOT garage in Hereson road. More reliable and far cheaper.
Went to look at a car with no appointment, but they accommodated a test drive very quickly and put no pressure on us. We are currently considering whether to part exchange or sell and buy with cash, hence having not progressed. Very polite and the no pressure sales approach was excellent.
Another great service achieved from the friendly and helpful people at Pierremonts in all departments- a service that has been consistently good for a period covering nearly 20 years. Keep up the good work. Thank you all.
Always take my cars here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Price is never over the top and recently they saved me a lot of money. They diagnosed a fault which BMW had an issue with and rather than me paying for it at Pierremonts they discussed with BMW there was a chance they would pay towards it. I took it to the main dealer and got the fault fixed for free which proves how trustworthy Pierremonts are. Highly recommended and friendly service
We have an extremely agreeable view of Pierremonts @ Ramsgate . An appointment was made for a routine service with no fuss & bother & the work completed in short order . Not only that but excellent advice was given us on some matters which were to us complicated in a relaxed , business-like & friendly manner . Minor repairs had already been carried out before our vehicle collection once again reducing any inconvenience to ourselves . Overall very well done & a fine advert for their company . We could not recommend Pierremonts more highly. The receptionist was thorough and especially helpful, the car was repaired on the same day they received it.. I was expecting at least three days! and the bill was a very pleasant surprise!! We will most definitely be returning. Thank you.
Always take my vehicles here for MOT and repairs and they never let me down. Always honest and trustworthy. Hard to come by decent mechanics but these guys always take the time to explain any problems in simple terms. Thanks again and see you soon I'm sure.
