My provider onecom and Vodafone are USELESS! They cancled my insurance without letting me know and thankfully pier insurance have sorted out there problem and now I have a new phone.

If I could give 0 star I would. They are an absolutely disgusting company, looking for any way to make sure a claim is rejected. Will be cancelling my insurance and moving to a different company

Awful Service. I have been paying my insurance for a number of years. Dropped my phone so raised a claim query online and attached proof of purchase etc. as requested. Website claims you will be responded to within 48 hours. 5 days later and no response so I sent a message advising that nobody had contacted me and asked that I be contacted. Again the website advised a 48 hour response time. Here we are 4 days later and no response. Why do I bother paying insurance - I can't even get a response from the Company - surely that's illegal!!!

0 stars, this is the worst service ever - completely incompetent. Take forever to get back in touch, ask for information you've already provided multiple times before. Took a month to give me a new phone and then I find out it's not even new they only give refurbished models - with 90 day warranty no less! what happens if the phone they've given is faulty? I dread to find out. STEER CLEAR.
