Great local spot. No, it’s not only Fish & Chips.. they also have Hawaiian food & Cheeseburgers ! I got the beef and shrimp plate, which was really good. The veggies are real, tastes fresh. Will come back again.
Really solid quick eats in Montebello. I think fish and chips is generally pretty subpar but I think Pier 1 makes it pretty well. I think it has to do with the way they batter the fish. I also really like their fried shrimp. I usually opt for some combo where I can have both. I haven't had the heart to try any of their other dishes just because their deep fried fish and shrimp are so much better than other places. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's not necessarily worth driving out of your way for, but if you're looking for a delicious and quick dinner option in this area, you should hit up Pier 1 Fish N Chips.
First Time coming here!!! It is definitely worth it!!! My husband doesn't like fish, but he wanted to give the fish & chips a try and let me tell you it's a hit!!! Even my son and daughter loved it .Food: 5/5
Pier One Fish & Chips is a hole in the wall restaurant with incredible food. Their fish n chips are amazing good and the chicken katsu very good with great flavors that I like. My wife and I like this Hawaiian restaurant they serve other items.
I been craving fried fish and salmon, I happen to see this on DoorDash and try it because I love supporting family/local owned businesses. It’s a plus it said Hawaiian since I’m half native Hawaiian. I ate the salmon and took a bite of my significant other’s fried fish and fell in love! I’ve been ordering from this place 3 days in a row! The fried fish is so light, crispy, not greasy, and meaty. The salmon is moist and the vegetables are fresh and not under cooked. They make the best masubi outside of my family. I love this place so much I will come in person and check out the customer service! The food is amazing!

It's not bad. I would maybe like sizes displayed. I feel bamboozled. Commercial places give crazy portions so I understand my expectations aren't realistic. The customer service is great. Food taste was fine as well, it's definitely a small business to support. It just doesn't seem like a place for me. I recommend other people give it a try.
Awesome food, my favorite is their double catch, cheeseburger, salmon salad with homemade sesame dressing, chicken and kalbi plate..OH and can't forget their chicken katsu!! Most of their sauces are homemade plus everything is made to order
Kool spot, food is great. Lemon pepper telapia was my favorite, til the taste was a little off sour,tasteless around the edges of fish. Other than that everything else is good Food: 3/5
